Limited travel Lead the design and construction of high-profile projects including high rises, luxury homes, aviation hangars, and data centers Manage projects from conception through completion, ensuring all engineering standards and regulations are met Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are aligned and achieved Utilize advanced project management skills to coordinate resources, timelines, and budgets effectively Demonstrate exceptional customer-facing skills to engage with clients, understand their needs, and deliver solutions that exceed expectations Play a pivotal role in business development activities, leveraging technical expertise to support sales efforts and forge strong client relationships Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; a Master's degree is a plus Professional Engineer (PE) license required 8-10 years experience in structural engineering and project management Proven track record in designing and managing the construction of large-scale structural steel projects Strong technical proficiency in engineering principles and design software, with a focus on structural steel. Annual Salary: $170K - $200K plus bonus
