Non-EPA Maintenance Technician/ Ticket Runner

Job DescriptionMaintenance TechnicianPosition Overview: Hire Priority is looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the on-site maintenance of all facilities located within a specific apartment housing community, as well as providing occasional coverage at other apartment sites when needed. The ideal candidate will have a background in apartment maintenance with a strong background in carpentry and/or building upkeep. Responsibilities: Provide regular on-site maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, landscaping, and other necessary tasks. Receive and complete work orders; gather all necessary tools, equipment, & supplies needed for repairs. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned and assist Service Supervisor as needed. Check lighting and plumbing fixtures; minor repairs and replacements, as needed. Follow all safety policies and procedures outlined by the community and company policies. Keep a positive and professional environment for all members and guests of the apartment community. Comply with all company policies and procedures outlined in the safety policy manual and OSHA safety guidelines. Additional tasks as assigned by Management. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of apartment industry experience, or general maintenance experience Experience in painting, plumbing, basic electric, drywall, small appliance repair, etc. Ability to work well in a team environment with and without supervision. Strong attention to detail Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization. Please be available for an immediate interview!
