Required Skills & Qualifications Applicants must be able to work directly on W2. Proficient in Linux/Unix systems. Experience with Java and database development. Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, and Grafana. Experience with ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Strong technical skillset and experience as a senior systems operations engineer. Excellent communication skills for handling internal platform support calls. Preferred Skills & Qualifications Cloud support experience or certifications in GCP or Azure. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Provide platform support and resolve technical issues efficiently. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless platform operations. Engage in continuous learning and improvement of platform support practices.
