Senior HR Generalist LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Senior HR Generalist with 6 years of experience working in a similar role. This is a Direct Hire opportunity, located in Windsor, CT. Responsibilities: Contribute to performance-related processes and assist with employee relations matters when necessary. Work cross-functionally to support initiatives focused on engagement, retention, and overall employee experience. Assist with HR metrics, reporting, audits, and administrative support tied to recruiting and payroll operations. Coordinate and manage the full lifecycle of employee entry and exit processes, ensuring a well-organized and positive experience from start to finish. Administer and maintain HR platforms and employee data, with a strong emphasis on ADP accuracy, system upkeep, and adherence to internal standards. Monitor and support compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations at the federal, state, and local levels, assisting with policy updates as needed. Act as a go-to resource for employees by responding to questions related to HR policies, benefits programs, and internal procedures. Provide hands-on support with benefits administration, including new enrollments, life event changes, and employee education. Organize, update, and safeguard personnel files and HR documentation in alignment with legal and company requirements.
