Loaner Vehicle Coordinator - Porsche North Miami

Loaner Vehicle Coordinator Porsche North Miami is opening soon, and we are looking for a Loaner Vehicle Coordinator to join our team in mid-March. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a brand-new Porsche dealership from day one! What You'll Do: Coordinate with valet staff to ensure loaner vehicles are cleaned inside and out before being assigned to customers Confirm that each loaner vehicle has at least tank of fuel prior to handoff Conduct thorough vehicle check-ins for fuel levels and any existing damage before the customer departs Manage and maintain accurate documentation for all loaner contracts Prepare and stage loaner vehicles for early morning appointments Escort customers to their assigned vehicle, perform a walk-around inspection, and review preexisting damage and fuel levels What We're Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent Strong ability to read and comprehend instructions, memos, and basic correspondence Previous rental car or dealership experience is a plus Comfortable presenting information in one-on-one or small group settings Ability to follow instructions delivered in written, verbal, or diagram form Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record At Holman, we exist to provide rewarding careers and better lives for employees and their families.
