We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Athletic Trainer to join our team and significantly impact our athletic programs. Key Responsibilities: Effectively communicate and build positive rapport with college-level student-athletes, coaches, and physicians. Follow all state practicing regulations and adhere to guidelines set forth by the National Athletic Trainers' Association Board of Certification (NATABOC). Ensure compliance with all NCAA and CIAA rules and regulations. Assist with all team sports and camps, overseeing team conditioning and training. Provide coverage for other sporting events as needed. Demonstrate self-accountability and professionalism in all aspects of the role. Teach 6 credit hours in our Health, Physical Education, and Exercise Science (HPSS) Department. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training, Health, Physical Education, Exercise Science, or a related field. A Master's degree in a related field is required for the teaching component. At least 1 year of athletic training experience. Ability to teach and mentor student interns. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with other healthcare and medical professionals. Current CPR/First Aid/ED certification. NATABOC certification.
