Description We're looking to hire a Contract Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who's energized by the challenge of finding exceptional talent in competitive technical and engineering markets. If you're a strategic talent advisor who thrives on building strong partnerships, shaping hiring strategies, and elevating the candidate experience, this is your opportunity to make a measurable impact across our U.S. operations. What You'll Do Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, role requirements, and long-term talent priorities. Design and execute tailored recruiting strategies for technical, engineering, and corporate roles. Proactively source passive candidates through social platforms, networks, career sites, and industry channels. Conduct thoughtful pre-screening conversations to evaluate skills, experience, and organizational fit. Communicate the client's employee value proposition and highlight what makes us a standout employer. Craft and extend offer letters to selected candidates. Build strong, lasting relationships with candidates and hiring teams to ensure a smooth and engaging hiring journey.
