Coverage Needed Start Date: As soon as credentialed End Date: Ongoing Clinical Details Projected 12,385 visits in the first year Fully integrated with main campus, a Level II Trauma Center 11 private patient care beds Dedicated trauma room Diagnostic imaging, including CT scan, ultrasound, and X-ray Ambulance bay for EMS access Patients needing to be admitted to an inpatient bed will be transported to the main campus Requirements Flexibility in Schedule: Provider MUST be willing to work day AND night shifts Provider MUST be willing to work weekdays AND weekends Providers living inside of 50 miles from the facility will be considered 'Local', and will not be eligible for this role Active FL license DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active Board Certified or Board Eligible in one of the following: American Board of Emergency Medicine American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine Board Certified FM with EM experience FT ER work for the past three years with 6000 hrs cumulative ATLS, PALS, ACLS by Jobble
