Production Worker I – QC Experience Required (Night Shift) - $18.75/hr Position Overview Our client in the Willis area is seeking a Production Worker I with quality control (QC) experience for the night shift. This position requires hands-on production work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates must be detail-oriented and comfortable performing physical tasks throughout the shift. If interested send updated resumes to: Key Responsibilities Perform quality control inspections to ensure products meet company standards Cut rope and assist with material preparation Use small hand tools such as grinders and torches Roll and handle pipe materials Perform repetitive bending, standing, and walking throughout shift Follow safety guidelines and production procedures Requirements Previous Quality Control (QC) experience required Ability to read and write English Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Ability to work 12-hour night shifts after completing day shift training Must be comfortable with physical labor including frequent bending and walking Experience using small hand tools in a production or manufacturing setting Schedule: 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM (Training will be on day shift) Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, with some Saturdays as required. Hours may increase or decrease based on production deadlines and workload.
