We're looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist with a high level of English proficiency (C1) for a full-time remote position. This role requires a 40-hour work week. Official working hours are typically between Monday and Saturday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Miami, FL schedule. However, this may vary depending on the client's needs. (only 40 hours per week, 5 days a week) What You Will Do: Accurately input data into our system to keep our operations smooth. Engage in effective communication with your team to ensure all are on the same page. Provide top-tier customer service to both internal and external clients. Assist in managing logistics to keep our workflow efficient. Requirements: Proven experience in data entry or a similar role with a focus on accuracy and speed. Excellent typing skills and familiarity with data entry software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the team.
