Human Resources Coordinator We're seeking a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions, contributing to a positive employee experience. Hiring Process: Application Review: We will carefully review all applications and resumes. Initial Screening: Selected candidates will be contacted for an initial phone or video interview to assess their qualifications and fit. In-Person Interview: Top candidates will be invited to an in-person interview with our HR team and relevant department heads. Reference Check: We will verify references and employment history. Offer and Onboarding: Successful candidates will receive a formal job offer and begin the onboarding process. Key Responsibilities: Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from initial contact, hiring to exit. Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding program to welcome new hires. Process paperwork and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Identify training needs and develop effective training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and webinars. Create, update, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Advise employees and managers on HR policies and procedures. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and performance reviews. Prepare regular HR reports and metrics. The Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in human resources, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in HR software. Qualifications: Previous experience as an HR Generalist or related position In-depth knowledge of human resources policies and labor laws Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases Excellent time management and problem-solving skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Team player: No drama Dependable. Must have reliable transportation. Compensation: $19.00 per hour
