Subcontract Management Staff As the Subcontract Management Staff your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Management of supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk, modified commercial off the shelf, performance specification and complex build-to-print subcontracts for commercial, DOD and international programs. Leading multifunctional subcontract management teams. Holding procurement delegation and signing supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority. Leading the development of subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontract systems in support of development, production and global sustainment primes with multiple contract types. Preparing bid packages, conducting bidders' conferences, developing evaluation criteria, analyzing and evaluating proposals, negotiating subcontract provisions including price, selects or recommends subcontractors, writing subcontract packages, preparing awards and administering resulting subcontracts and required change activity. Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
