Customer Support Specialist -Hourly plus commision

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated and dependable Customer Support Specialist to join our team. If you're looking for a full-time position with a built-in 3-day weekend every week, this could be the perfect fit. What You'll Do Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and text messages Assist customers with questions, concerns, and service needs Schedule new client appointments Reschedule appointments for customers and technicians Follow up on incoming sales leads (commission included) Assist with billing and collections (incentives included) Perform general front desk and administrative duties What We're Looking For Previous customer service experience required Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable using computers and various applications Motivated, reliable, and team-oriented Only 4 Days Per Week - Every Week Enjoy a consistent Monday-Thursday schedule with Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off. Hours: Monday-Thursday 9:30 AM - 8:00 PM Full-time hours with a guaranteed long weekend every single week.
