SURVEILLANCE AGENT (Hollywood Location)

Hard Rock - - Responsibilities: Observes and monitors Casino operations to identify violations of STGC approved policies and procedures, TICS, or to identify theft of Tribal assets.; Maintains constant surveillance throughout the Casino, looking to identify irregularities or illegal gaming activities.; Monitors the transfer of Casino chips, cash and funds allocated within the Casino as required.; Reports to the Supervisor and documents any suspicious activities and/or irregular circumstances occurring on the Casino floor, including infractions incurred by Casino personnel.; Maintains daily activity report and completes incident reports to note relevant information including but not limited to irregular customer behavior, theft, or procedural errors made by Casino personnel.
