Why Work With Us? • No two days are the same - Every job site brings something new • Join a tight-knit team - Locally owned franchise with a strong reputation • Be part of real recovery work - Your role directly impacts our customers' lives • Grow your skills - We invest in training and career development Key Responsibilities: • Set up and monitor drying equipment for water/fire/mold restoration • Perform demolition, cleanup, and jobsite organization • Maintain tools, stock vehicles, and prepare equipment for each job • Communicate job progress and site conditions to your supervisor • Ensure safety on all job sites and protect customer property • Learn SERVPRO procedures to grow within the company Requirements: • WRT certification (required) • Valid driver's license and insurability • Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and enter crawlspaces • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliable attendance • Able to be on-call 1 week per month Compensation & Benefits: • $18-$22/hour based on experience • Health insurance • Paid vacation and PTO • Quarterly bonuses • Paid training and advancement Each SERVPRO® Franchise is Independently Owned and Operated.
