Job Purpose: The People Experience (PX) Coordinator partners with PX Business Partners and Talent Acquisition Partners to provide administrative, operational, and project support across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America, helping to elevate and sustain the employee experience. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, tech-savvy, and committed to delivering an exceptional employee experience. What You'll Do: People Operations & Administrative Support Partners with Talent Acquisition to schedule screens, interviews, and recruiting activities for roles across the Americas. Support candidate communication and coordination between candidates, hiring managers, and TA Partners. Assist with job postings, interview materials, and candidate experience touchpoints. Partners with COEs including Payroll, Benefits, HR Shared Services, Employee Relations, Philanthropy & Social Impact & Environment, Ethics & Compliance, ODEI and Learning & Development on projects, initiatives, and employee matters. Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes. Prepare and maintain SOP documentation for PX workflows. Maintain state-required labor law posters and workplace notices. Support occupational safety and health documentation. Manage SOX compliance audits. Resolve benefit, time & attendance, pay, and other employee matters. Ensure data integrity through timely processing, auditing, and analyzing HR transactions. Manage content on the Global Intranet and HR portals, including but not limited to policy and program updates and coordination with Corporate Communications, COE's and other Sony companies. Process PX invoices and partner with Accounts Payable to ensure accurate coding, submission, and timely payment. Collaborate with various Sony companies on One Sony initiatives. Creative Content & Communications Create high-quality, visually compelling presentations using PowerPoint, Canva, and other creative platforms. Develop PX branded materials, templates, internal resources, and employee-facing content that support consistency and storytelling across PX. Develop and distribute PX newsletters, announcements and communications. Collect and curate photo and video content in partnership with Corporate Communications to produce "Life at Sony Music Publishing" materials for internal channels and SMP social platforms. Event Planning & Coordination Plan and coordinate PX events and programming including town halls, celebrations, trainings, team meetings and onboarding experiences. Lead coordination of agendas, logistics, communications, and follow-up. Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries Reporting, Metrics & Analytics Partners with HR Shared Services and PX Global Operations to prepare and maintain PX dashboards and HR reports. Use advanced Excel skills to analyze and present data. Support Affirmative Action and fiscal year-end reporting. Who You Are: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. 13 years of HR, Talent Acquisition, coordination, or related experience. Workday Experience required. Proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, Excel, and creative/video editing and analytical tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual Spanish or Portuguese is a plus. Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities. Strong problem-solving abilities; ability to maintain confidentiality. Excellent communication (verbal, written and listening) and interpersonal skills. Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems. Innovative and motivated. Some travel required. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Standard 7.5-hour workday; extended hours may occur during events.
