We're searching for a CNC Machinist Setup/Operator who thrives on craftsmanship, continuous improvement, and precision that makes an impact. What You'll Do: Set up and operate CNC mill-turn or Swiss, or milling machines Read and interpret complex blueprints with GD&T to plan, set up, and machine high-precision parts Perform detailed inspections and in-process verifications to ensure specs are met Collaborate with engineering and quality to troubleshoot and improve processes • What You Bring: 3 - 5 years CNC milling experience in a high-precision environment Deep knowledge of high-performance materials (Stainless, Inconel, Titanium, etc.) Strong understanding of tool selection, speeds & feeds, and fixture design Experience working within ISO 13485 or AS9100 environments Experience working with GD&T, feature control frames like true position, parallelism, flatness, concentricity, and profile of a surface.
