About the Position Must be comfortable seeing pediatric patients This role is based in an outpatient Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that delivers comprehensive, community-based care. Clinic hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with one evening per week extending until 7:00 or 8:00 PM 40-hour workweek, with 35 hours dedicated to direct patient care Appointment structure: New patients: 45 minutes to 1 hour Medication management visits: 15–20 minutes Full-scope family medicine, caring for patients across the lifespan The clinic operates as a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH), emphasizing a collaborative, team-based environment Providers work closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and dedicated clinical and administrative support staff Part of a large, mission-driven primary care network that serves medically underserved communities across multiple sites, offering strong infrastructure, clinical support, and long-term stability Compensation & Benefits Starting salary at $120,000, with additional compensation based on years of experience Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance and AD&D Short-Term and Long-Term Disability (eligibility at different intervals) 403(b) annuity retirement plan Federal and state loan repayment programs Productivity incentives Quality-based bonus opportunities Vacation: 3 weeks Sick time: 5 days CME: 5 days plus allowance Holidays: 8 paid holidays Malpractice insurance provided Relocation assistance available and negotiable About Lewistown, Pennsylvania Lewistown is a welcoming small-town community in central Pennsylvania, known for its affordability, scenic surroundings, and strong sense of community.
