Job Description Manage all phases of healthcare construction projects from inception to completion. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure full project alignment. Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. Oversee on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards. Prepare and present project reports, updates, and documentation to stakeholders. Identify and mitigate potential risks to support successful project execution. Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly. Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and healthcare-specific requirements throughout the construction process. The Successful Applicant A successful Construction Project Manager - Healthcare should have: A strong background in construction management, particularly within the healthcare sector. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex project demands. Proficiency in project management tools and construction software. Solid knowledge of healthcare construction regulations, codes, and industry standards. Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively. Willingness to travel within Texas as needed to support project sites and client needs.
