Talent Acquisition Spring & Summer 2026Your Opportunity Awaits!Exciting Internship Opportunity: Recruitment Sourcing & Attraction Intern, Spring & Summer 2026. Become a part of our dynamic team that's reshaping the people business industry! This internship will equip you with comprehensive knowledge of full-cycle, professional recruiting for the home services industry. This internship will provide experience in:Talent Sourcing:Immerse yourself in outbound search techniques to discover and engage with potential candidates online. Assist in networking opportunities to drive potential talent pipelines. Collaborate with our talent team to provide promising leads for the interview process. Play a significant role in growing our workforce by ensuring that our recruiters and hiring managers meet their weekly interview targets based on their hiring objectives. Help foster a culture of employee referrals through rewards, recognition, and regular communication.Recruitment Marketing:Work together with our Talent Team to develop local recruiting materials like flyers, Facebook and Instagram, and table stands for hiring events. Assist in driving hiring event reservations and attendance. Master the art of A/B testing for job ads, understand what motivates our candidates, and learn how to attract the right job seekers.HCM/HRIS Technologies:Manage job postings through ATS/Job boards and support recruiting functions by applying best practices to source, track, and manage leads and candidates.
