Senior Program Manager Legacy Modernization Senior Program Manager with deep experience running enterprise-scale transformation programs, specifically legacy-to-modern and mainframe modernization initiatives. This is a delivery-heavy role, not PMO reporting only. Must-Have Experience: 10+ years leading large enterprise technology programs Direct ownership of legacy-to-modern or mainframe modernization initiatives Hands-on exposure to mainframe environments; COBOL migration is a strong plus Experience operating in ambiguity (requirements not locked upfront) Proven executive communication and facilitation skills Led or supported programs in the $100M+ range or equivalent scale Nice to Have: Prior experience in regulated or highly complex enterprise environments Multi-vendor or SI-led program experience Strong financial governance and dependency management skills Compensation: $58.00 - $62.00 per hour Location: Chicago, IL or Houston, TX (Hybrid) Must be onsite Day 1 (relocation OK) 6 months | Visa: Open (no restrictions)
