Part Time Staff Assistant, Registrar & Access Team

Staff Assistant Reporting to the Vice President and the Registrar the Staff Assistant will be responsible for knowing detailed information about Lorain County Community College as a whole, especially the areas Registrar's Office Access Team. Additionally, the Staff Assistant will be responsible for knowing key information about the College Admissions, College transfer evaluation policies and procedures, including the various Enrollment Services transactions to make appropriate referrals. The environment can be incredibly fast-paced; therefore, a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills are essential as well as the ability to work in a team environment. Qualifications Required Qualifications: High School graduate or equivalent learning, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and PeopleSoft experience, ability to multi-task, stellar customer service skills, ability to flourish in a team environment. Extensive experience with computer software is essential. Preferred Qualifications: Associate Degree, experience with a student information system.
