Share your time and talents with teens!

Do you have skills, talents or knowledge you would like to share with young people? Bucks Learning Cooperative is looking for volunteers to work with our teen members for the upcoming semester. BLC volunteers work with our members in a variety of academic and non-academic areas through tutoring, leading classes or activities or offering one-time workshops. We are interested in any volunteer who has a passion to work with teens, but are specifically looking for volunteers in these areas: Cosmetology (taditional and/or experimental) Sewing/Costuming Woodworking Animal Studies (animal science, zoology, animal care, marine biology, equine science) Interior Design Traditional math (Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Pre-Calc, Calculus) Non-traditional Math (logic puzzles, math in the trades (sewing, woodworking, cooking, etc.), math in nature, math in everyday life) Environmental Science Stock Market Movement & Games Podcasting Creative and Academic Writing Python Computer Assembly Languages Visual Arts Foraging Basic Home Repair Anything that you are passionate about! Volunteers typically give 1-2 hours a week.
