About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Nightlife Security Manager to oversee nightly security operations at premier nightlife venues in West Hollywood. This role is ideal for a strong leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and understands the dynamics of nightlife and hospitality security. This is an LGBTQ-friendly position. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support on-site security staff to ensure a safe environment for patrons and staff Act as the point of contact for venue management, law enforcement, and emergency services Conduct regular walkthroughs and assessments to proactively address potential issues Enforce venue policies, handle escalations, and de-escalate conflicts when necessary Maintain nightly reports, incident logs, and personnel documentation Provide training, coaching, and evaluations for security officers Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in nightlife or hospitality security management Valid BSIS Guard Card (required) Management and conflict resolution skills Ability to work in high-energy and high-volume nightlife environments Excellent communication and leadership qualities Must be available Wednesday through Sunday nights Must be LGBTQ+ friendly and able to foster a safe and welcoming atmosphere for all guests and staff Preferred Qualifications: CPR/First Aid certification Experience in crowd control and VIP guest handling A military or law enforcement background is a plus What We Offer: Competitive pay ($24$27/hr based on experience) Opportunities for advancement within a growing company Dynamic and supportive work environment Benefits after the 90-day probation period
