Why You'll Love This Role Consistent weekday schedule with excellent work-life balance Outpatient setting-no nights, weekends, holidays, or call Supportive, team-oriented culture Opportunity to make a direct impact on patient care What You'll Do Review patient histories and provider orders; explain procedures clearly to ensure patient comfort and understanding Prepare, administer, store, and properly dispose of radiopharmaceuticals in compliance with safety and regulatory standards Monitor patient conditions during procedures and respond appropriately to any changes Operate, maintain, and perform quality and safety checks on nuclear medicine imaging equipment Accurately position patients, perform diagnostic scans, and evaluate image quality-making adjustments as needed Document, transmit, and report imaging results accurately and efficiently What We're Looking For Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technologist program Current certification as a Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) through NMTCB or Registered Technologist (RT-NM) through ARRT Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association Registered Radiologic Technologist certification preferred Skills That Set You Apart Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on patient care and safety Join the Bayview Team At Bayview Physicians Group, you'll find a workplace that values expertise, teamwork, and work-life balance-without sacrificing quality or compassion.
