Consumer Service Representative

Consumer Service Representative Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring a temporary Consumer Service Representative for a large, well-known client in Bowling Green, OH. As a Consumer Service Representative, you will work with the Customer Service, Marketing, and Sales teams to provide excellent customer service for internal and external customers within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is covering an LOA and could last a few weeks to a few months. There is a possibility for an internal hire. Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($18.00 per hour) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire. Available shifts include: 1st shift: 8:30am- 5:00pm Monday through Friday Responsibilities of the Consumer Service Representative: Provide information to consumers about company products Process sample requests Manage and resolve complaints and issues Gather and record info for marketing purposes Maintain and grow a referral network of medical professionals Partner with Sales Team to meet and exceed customer expectations Required Qualifications of the Consumer Service Representative: Previous customer service experience Ability to stand for full 8 hour shift.
