Executive Assistant An Executive Assistant is needed for a designer wear company in Lake Forest, CA. This temporary to hire position pays $28-38/hr, depending on experience. This position is flexible, part-time or full-time, depending on the candidate. The Executive Assistant provides administrative support and coordination to the CEO, as well as project support as appropriate. The Executive Assistant is a team player who provides administrative support by consistently delivering high-level performance and maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and trust. Major Duties And Responsibilities Anticipate all needs of the CEO by thinking and working proactively with a one-step-ahead mentality Maintain and update all reporting, files, and databases on behalf of the CEO Ensure the CEO remains organized and on-schedule through proactive, consistent communication throughout the day Proactively manages commitments and timelines, such as project status updates Ensures CEO and team members are aware of critical dates and deadlines; follows up where needed Organizes and prioritizes daily administrative responsibilities Organizes multiple projects with various team members effectively; ensures important matters receive top priority Accurately and effectively communicates relevant and potentially sensitive information to and from other business leaders Drafts correspondence, as necessary and produces error-free and grammatically correct documents Maintains a high level of confidentiality Demonstrates strong communication skills Coordinates and manages details of advanced travel arrangements, including international travel Creates an environment that fosters teamwork and trust Organizes and maintains files and sensitive information Analyzes reports and gives constructive feedback Manage various email accounts and maintain an organized and detailed information plan for the CEO Basic Qualifications Associate degree is required. Bachelors degree is a plus. 3+ years of administrative experience is required, with 5+ years preferred. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, in particular MS Excel. QuickBooks is a plus Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, and ability to balance multiple tasks Bilingual is any language is a plus. They are an international company. Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment Advanced grammar and written/verbal communication skills Able to professionally interface with domestic and/or international partners Ability to maintain all information private, discreet, and confidential Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $28.00 - $38.00 Per Hour
