Responsibilities: Development and communication of a clear and convincing product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's goals and market requirements. Creation and management of a comprehensive product roadmap that prioritizes features, improvements, and releases based on customer feedback, market research, and business priorities. Close collaboration with cross-functional product development teams, including engineering, design, and QA, to efficiently and effectively implement the product roadmap. Constant observation of industry trends, competitive landscape, and new technologies. Use of market information to make informed decisions for the product. Definition and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of product initiatives. Use of data for continuous improvement. Collaboration with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging that promote product acceptance and drive revenue growth. Profile: Completed degree in a relevant field. Proven experience as a product manager (m/w/d) with successful product launches. Strong understanding of product management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum. Excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for product decisions. Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking. Outstanding organizational skills and project management competence.
