From knocking out work workers to handling routine inspections, your hands-on skills will help create a safe, comfortable, and beautifully maintained home for our residents. The Maintenance Technician III is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the apartment community. They will perform general and preventative maintenance repairs such as drywall, plumbing, painting, electrical, appliance repair, and HVAC.
