Doctor of Medicine | Obstetrics and Gynecology Location: Allen, TX Employer: VieMed Healthcare Staffing Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: Nights - 12 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Obstetrics/Gynecology Physician Join our dedicated team as an Obstetrics/Gynecology (OB-GYN) Physician and make a meaningful impact on women's health through comprehensive, patient-centered care. Starting February 2, 2026, this role offers a unique blend of clinical excellence, work-life balance, and professional growth within a friendly and collaborative environment committed to supporting your success. Our OB-GYN physicians provide full-scope outpatient obstetrical and gynecological care across multiple venues, including gynecological surgeries. The schedule includes 2.5 clinic days weekly, one surgery day, and manageable call shifts on a 1:4 rotation, ensuring more days off than typical practices. The team offers robust back-up coverage with OB/GYNs and CNMs, supported by a comprehensive care team including LCSWs, lactation specialists, educators, and other professionals, all utilizing innovative tech platforms to enhance patient engagement and provider efficiency. On-call duties involve providing 24/7 emergency care for high-risk pregnancies, labor, delivery, and other urgent gynecological concerns. Candidates must be comfortable performing procedures such as DNC, ectopic pregnancy management, and cesarean sections; CNMs with surgical first assist experience are preferred. Required Skills: Board-Certified OB-GYN Active Texas Medical License Dedicated DEA Registration Proficiency in obstetric and gynecological procedures Experience with high-risk pregnancies and emergency obstetric care Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Nice to Have Skills: Prior experience in a hospital-based obstetrics/gynecology setting Certification in advanced obstetric procedures Experience with integrated healthcare technology platforms Bilingual abilities are a plus Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Minimum of 3 years post-residency clinical experience in OB-GYN practice Demonstrated competency in surgical procedures such as DNC, ectopic pregnancy, and cesarean sections Other Requirements: Willingness to provide on-call emergency obstetric and gynecological care, including night shifts (5x8-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:00) Ability to travel as needed; full travel, airfare, lodging, and car rental will be covered Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) This is a lucrative opportunity with an hourly pay rate of $214.89, full travel reimbursement, comprehensive medical benefits, weekly pay via direct deposit, and a supportive environment designed for your professional and personal fulfillment.
