Position Details: Schedule: Full time - Monday-Thursday 8AM - 5PM Monthly Scheduled Fridays Location: Gardendale, Alabama Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional oral hygiene care and patient education tailored to pediatric needs. Perform radiographs and ensure adherence to infection control procedures. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide care for children, including those with special healthcare needs. Communicate effectively with patients, parents, guardians, and caregivers. Support a positive, organized, and efficient clinical workflow. Requirements: Proficiency in taking radiographs and understanding infection control protocols. Strong communication and organizational skills. Experience working with patients with cognitive and developmental challenges is a plus. Ability to engage and educate children and families in a friendly, approachable manner. Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to manage time efficiently. Qualifications: Current Registered Dental Hygienist License for the state of Alabama. CPR certification.
