Fund Accountant / Senior Fund Accountant Looking to make the jump into private equity? This role offers direct exposure to firm leadership, investment professionals, and portfolio company accounting teams. An ideal opportunity for someone looking to break into private equity or expand their experience in fund accounting. What You'll Do Perform monthly bank reconciliations for fund and management company accounts Manage recurring payments and assist in A/P and A/R processes (QuickBooks, Stampli) Support capital activity - capital calls, funding notices, investor distributions, etc. Assist with quarterly fund close processes including: Financial statements Capital account statements Quarterly waterfall calculations Advisory Board materials Help prepare for annual fund and management company audits Partner with investor relations on updates, confirmations, and wire instruction verifications What We're Looking For 0-3 years of accounting experience (public accounting, fund accounting, or related) Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite Experience with QuickBooks, Stampli, or eFront a plus CPA or CPA candidate preferred Detail-oriented and organized with strong communication skills Why Join This Firm?
