Customer Service /Researcher The primary purpose of this position is to perform tasks related to taxpayer contact and case resolution, including specialized research on clients or other third-party sources, for the Homestead Exemption Audit (HEA) business. Position Details: Type of Position: Full Time/Temp-to-Hire Salary: $16 per hour Hours: 8:00 am-5:00 pm in-person during the training period, thereafter it will be 8:00 am-5:00 pm remotely with mandatory monthly in-person training sessions. The ideal candidate must possess the qualities below: Bilingual in Spanish and English is required Researching skills Proficient in Microsoft Office products Strong confident telephone voice Ability to Multitask Self-sufficient Prioritize and Re-Prioritize with a sense of urgency Customer service skills Call center experience is preferred
