Required field. Our client is an organization in the Madison area looking for a Senior Operations Analyst. Our client is looking for someone with 2+ years of related experience, strong interpersonal skills and open minded. This is a highly visible role within a mission-driven organization making a meaningful impact! The salary for range for this position is $100k-$105k +bonus. The Senior Operations Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: RESPONSIBILITIES Support plant financial and operational performance by providing detailed analysis, reporting, and process support across manufacturing, inventory, and fiscal close activities. Run and analyze a variety of reports required for monthly fiscal close. Prepare and post monthly journal entries related to inventory and cost of goods sold. Complete monthly balance sheet account reconciliations. Track and analyze manufacturing costs, including the financial impact of warranties on procured products. Maintain ownership of perpetual inventory processes for multiple entities. Maintain document controls, processes, and procedures to ensure SOX compliance. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. The Senior Operations Analyst will possess the following: EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Bachelor's degree in accounting or closely related field. 2+ years of experience in operations, inventory or cost type of work. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
