Field Technician - Columbia

Rightech is working with a low voltage integrator that specializes in low voltage and network deployments at retail and fast-food chains across the eastern united states. They are looking to add members to their team in PA, SC and NC. This is a fulltime position. The right candidates will demonstrate a drive to learn the systems business from the ground up and grow into leading their own installation jobs from start to finish. Candidates for this position should possess technical or mechanical interests and abilities. Understanding of building construction is a plus. s you work with experienced installers, you will learn proper wiring techniques, code compliant installation practices and safe work procedures. You will have the opportunity to learn about installations, programming and operation of video and door access systems and become a full-fledged systems installer. The customer will provide training, tools, competitive wages, and benefits. Basic Job Duties include but are not limited to: Terminating CAT5/6 cabling Installing network equipment Programming equipment per documentation Completing detailed and precise paperwork Essential Requirements: Valid drivers license Experience with power tools Clean background Maintain professional appearance Reliable Great attention to detail Consistently on-time Strong communication skills Outstanding customer service bility to multi-task bility to pass a drug test Relocation is not offered!
