Responsibilities Strategically plan and coordinate pre-construction phases, including utilities setup, ensuring project readiness. Manage and oversee submittal processes and RFIs to maintain clarity and progress. Develop comprehensive project schedules, monitor progress, and distribute updates to ensure alignment across teams. Lead project buyouts, including negotiations with subcontractors and vendors, to secure the best value and quality. Maintain detailed daily logs to track construction activities and keep stakeholders informed. Oversee budgets and financials, ensuring projects remain cost-efficient and profitable. Champion jobsite safety by enforcing protocols and fostering a secure work environment. Address change orders and delays proactively, mitigating risks and maintaining client satisfaction. Identify and manage risks to prevent disruptions and optimize project outcomes. Build strong client relationships and serve as their primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare and submit accurate monthly pay applications in alignment with project milestones. Facilitate seamless communication between field staff and project teams for smooth execution. Manage and mentor Assistant Project Managers, cultivating future leaders. Ensure successful project closeout, delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 3-5 years in a mid-level project management role. Proven track record of successfully managing medium to large-sized construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as P6, Microsoft Project or Procore. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
