Lead by Example: Oversee and guide Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners, ensuring care standards are met and exceeded. What You Bring: Medical Expertise: Board Certification or eligibility in Family Medicine with 1-3 years of experience in primary care or internal medicine/pediatrics. Clinical Competence: A proven ability to handle patient care from A to Z, including diagnoses, prescriptions, and ancillary orders. Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with EMR systems, especially Allscripts, to document patient care efficiently and accurately. Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in a multidisciplinary setting, working alongside your team to deliver the best patient outcomes.
