Foreman Fence Installer / Fence Crew Foreman Location: York County Region (Travel Required) Pay Rate: $22-$27/hour Shift: Full-time, schedule varies; overnight travel required Miller Brother Staffing is hiring a Foreman Fence Installer / Fence Crew Foreman for a growing fencing operation in the York County region. This is a full-time, hands-on leadership role supporting residential and commercial fencing projects across multiple locations. Top Qualifications Proven experience installing fencing (residential or commercial) Ability to lead, train, and oversee a traveling work crew Strong blueprint-reading, layout, and problem-solving skills Job Overview This role leads a traveling installation crew responsible for building, repairing, and completing fencing projects safely, accurately, and on schedule. The Foreman ensures materials, tools, and crew members are prepared each day, coordinates with the Project Manager, and resolves job-site issues as they arise. You will work outdoors in all weather conditions, lift up to 100 lbs, and travel as needed, including overnight. Key Job Duties Communicate with Project Manager regarding project scope and expectations Verify tools, equipment, and materials prior to each job Lead, train, and support crew members on residential and commercial projects Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and measurements Install and repair various fencing and gate systems Measure, cut, align, and prepare materials accurately Maintain safe and organized job sites Operate tools and equipment safely Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections Load materials and keep work trucks clean and organized Provide professional customer service when interacting on-site Complete documentation such as material requests and project notes Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Required Skills & Abilities Fencing installation experience (strongly preferred) Leadership or supervisory experience Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to travel and stay overnight as needed Valid driver's license Ability to work outdoors and lift up to 100 lbs Hiring Process Interview with Miller Brother Staffing Interview with hiring team Background check Drug screen Offer and onboarding Additional Details Advancement: Growth potential within an expanding team PPE: Provided Benefits (upon hire): Health, dental, vision; vacation after 1 year (additional time increases with tenure; may be negotiable) Work Attire: Casual MBS1
