BE must have ACLS-PALS-ATLS. Minimum two years experience required. Cover Type: Emergency Department Information: 33,000 projected annual patient visits 17 bed ED, including Fast Track 24 hours of day physician coverage Physician Shifts 7a-7p, 8a-4p, 11a-11p, 7p-7a APP Shifts: 10a-6p, 6p-2a 16 hours of advanced practice provider coverage EMR Epic PALS required AS A REMINDER: All candidates must have met the minimum shift availability listed on the job. CV must have all dates in MM/YY to MM/YY format Work History must be in Sequential order with most resent-on top Any Gaps over 30 days must be explained on the CV EPA (Please use the attached EPA.
