DISPATCH SUPERVISORNorth Central Area Transit (NCAT) is seeking a dynamic, high-performing leader with management experience, exceptional customer service and communication skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure as our Dispatch Supervisor.NCAT's Dispatch Supervisor will manage all daily dispatch staff & operations (scheduling and routing rides) to ensure the transit program operates efficiently and safely. The position will include answering phones and using NCAT's transit software to aid dispatch during peak times, working with all NCAT staff and the public, monitoring performance of routes, completing reports, incident mitigation, and customer service.
