As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct. A Project Management Office is a key component for establishing and maintaining projects in PwC Trust Technology. The PMO Project Manager will work with PwC and different Vendors, including Onshore and Offshore resources, and will oversee developments and testing in Cloud environment, as well manage priorities, resources and budget with adherence to Agile practice and maintenance of daily Scrums. Job Requirements and Preferences: Basic Qualifications: Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor Degree Additional Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree or in lieu of a degree, demonstrating, in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the role, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college. Minimum Years of Experience: 3 year(s) of relevant experience Preferred Qualifications: Degree Preferred: Master Degree Preferred Fields of Study: Analytics, Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, Business Analytics, Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Computer Engineering Certification(s) Preferred: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMP (Project Manager Professional) Preferred Knowledge/Skills: Demonstrates a thorough level of abilities with, and/or a proven record of success as a team member: Managing software development or infrastructure projects in large program environments through a complete software development lifecycle; Understanding of the program metrics and executive reporting; Leading steering committees discussions and governance technical and business aspects of the project; Leading meetings, capture MOM's, communicate, and perform necessary follow up with different stakeholders, including managing expectations and negotiating deliverables; Driving outsourced software vendors, both onshore and offshore; Working with Business Analysts (BA's) across several functions to help scope and prioritize feature goals for each release; Working with Technical Leaders (TL's) to develop and validate delivery plans that meet the release goals and timeline; Working as a PM in a PMO supporting matrix project teams; Speaking to the utilization and benefits of the following technical concepts: cloud computing, computer networking, relational databases, web-based applications, object-oriented programming, software version/source code control; Possessing proficiency in MS Project and Excel and Microsoft Technologies, such as Windows Server, Azure, SQL Server, SharePoint, Visual Studio, and C#; Exhibiting established knowledge of SDLC process and Agile Methodology with ability to drive User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Test Planning; and, Presenting technical information to non-technical audiences effectively.
