Familiarity with Agile, test case design, and defect tracking.Familiarity with IRS testing methodologies (e.g., SAT, FIT) is a plus.5+ years functional testing experience.Must be eligible to obtain a US security clearance.IRS experienceIntegration Tester Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).Minimum 5 years of experience in integration/system testing.Experience with multi-system validation and tax processing preferred.Working knowledge of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum). Familiarity with Agile, test case design, and defect tracking.Familiarity with IRS testing methodologies (e.g., SAT, FIT) is a plus.Must be eligible to obtain a US security clearance.IRS experienceAutomation Tester Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).5+ years automation experience; knowledge of Rational ELM a plus.Experience in Agile and DevOps test integration.Must be eligible to obtain a US security clearance.IRS experienceSoftware QA Engineer & Tester Qualifications:5+ years’ experience in testing software applicationsExperience working in Agile and SDLC work environmentsProficient with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio)Some experience in test automation including the development and execution of automated test scriptsExperience with 508 functional testingExperience with defect tracking/requirements management tool, desired technologies include: IBM Rational Suite, (ClearQuest, Requirements Pro, Functional Test)Experience in all phases of software testing including test planning, functional testing, and regression testingExperience testing all layers of the application, including web-based user interface, service layer, data migration, integration layer, data layer, and performance testingPerformance Tester Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).Minimum 5 years of experience in performance testing and tools (e.g., HP LoadRunner, IBM RPT).Understanding of IRS SLAs and performance modeling.Working knowledge of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum).Familiarity with IRS testing methodologies (e.g., SAT, FIT) is a plus.Must be eligible to obtain a US security clearance.IRS experienceIBM Mainframe Tester Qualifications:6+ years of experience in manual testing and developing automation scripts.6+ years of experience with mainframe systems and using tools such as JCL, batch processing, and configuration management tools.6+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on mainframe systems.Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related fieldMust be eligible to obtain a US security clearance.IRS experienceEnterprise System Tester Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).Minimum 10 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on enterprise applications.Proven experience in functional testing, integration testing, and test automation.Working knowledge of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum).Familiarity with IRS testing methodologies (e.g., SAT, FIT) is a plus.Experience with industry-standard testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JMeter) is a plus.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.Must be eligible to obtain a US security clearance.IRS experience
