Reliability Engineer

Overview: We are seeking a skilled Reliability Engineer to play a pivotal role in advancing the reliability and efficiency of our manufacturing operations based in Morristown, Tennessee. This role offers the opportunity to lead critical reliability initiatives, directly impacting equipment performance and plant efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage the facilities reliability program to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations. Collaborate with Maintenance, Production, and Engineering teams to enhance the reliability and maintainability of equipment. Lead projects focused on reliability, maintainability, and failure elimination for equipment, utilities, and safety systems. Design, implement, and refine maintenance strategies, including preventive and predictive maintenance practices. Analyze equipment failure patterns and devise sustainable solutions to improve production capacity and reduce operational costs. Provide technical support during routine and urgent equipment issues and develop training programs for the Maintenance team. Previous experience in maintenance management or supervision is strongly preferred.
