Schedule: Dates of Coverage: TBD Schedule: 24 hour call shifts from 7a - 7a Practice Setting: hospital setting Reason for Coverage: on call coverage for MFM while away Number of Physicians in Practice: 1 Will Other Fetal Maternal Medicine Physicians Provide Coverage During Locums Coverage Dates: No How Many APPs Provide Coverage? there is no APPs for this service Will the Locums be Responsible for Supervising Other Health Care Providers? No Onsite Lab?: Yes Onsite Ultrasound? Yes Nursery Level (I, II, III): NICU III Documentation System/EMR: EPIC Trauma Level/Designation: Level II for Ed. Maternal Level of Care application for Level III Facility will reimburse for the following costs: Flight, Hotel, Rental Car Required Procedures/Skill Sets: Fetal Echocardiogram Specialized Ultrasound Pre-Eclampsia Multiple Pregnancy Growth Restriction Pre-term Labor Hypertension Travel: Flights, Lodging, Rental Car and Mileage if needed.
