About the job Assistant Chief Nursing Officer Behavioral Health | ACNO | FT | Ladson, SC Join a mission-driven leadership team in Ladson, SC as an Assistant Chief Nursing Officer (ACNO) for a behavioral health facility. In this full-time, on-site, weekday-only role, you'll support the CNO in overseeing clinical operations for 2 adult units and 1 adolescent unit (total 60 beds), focusing on strategic planning, staff development, regulatory compliance, and patient-centered care. Ideal candidates have inpatient behavioral health hospital experience, a BSN (MSN preferred or in progress), and 5+ years in leadership roles. Experience in ER throughput, BH patient transfer protocols, and knowledge of state/federal BH regulations is essential.
