Managing Consultant The Managing Consultant role is a mid-level consulting role. Managing Consultants deliver high-value project-based consulting work for clients while learning from our experienced senior consultant team. They are life-long learners who are committed to their own career development, client success, the success of their colleagues, and fulfilling the mission and goals of our company. They utilize and build skills in project and program management and/or change management, consulting, and leadership. What You'll Do: Lead and manage mid-sized initiatives or a workstream of a larger program, including systems implementations, merger integration, business process redesign, and other business changes. Manage end-to-end client projects with a focus on outcomes, mitigating and communicating risks, communications and change management, team leadership, and stakeholder management. Use and build on your project management and/or change management experience, exceptional communications, leadership, trust-building, and organizational skills to successfully lead initiatives. Who You Are: A proven project manager or change manager with high attention to detail and superior organizational skills A versatile, results-oriented leader with 2 to 6 years' experience consulting in technology and business operations A lifelong learner who takes feedback and puts it into action A strong and effective communicator with a commitment to client service An emerging coach and mentor who wants to develop others and give and receive actionable feedback, plus a desire to put feedback into action A leader with a positive attitude and willingness to take on a wide variety of roles B.A. or B.S. degree highly preferred Who We Are: TalentBloom is a purpose-driven consulting firm focused on developing leaders and advancing diversity and equity in the workplace.
