The lecturer will design and maintain high-quality course materials, provide timely and constructive feedback to students, and hold regular office hours to support academic success. They are expected to contribute to curriculum improvement and collaborate effectively with colleagues to advance departmental goals. Active participation in service, advising, and professional development to enhance teaching and promote student engagement is also expected. Educational Requirements for the Position A Ph.D. in Chemistry is preferred, although a Master's degree with 18 graduate hours of chemistry would be considered.
