Scrum Master

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills • 3-6 years of experience as a Scrum Master in enterprise environments. • Strong proficiency with JIRA (workflows, dashboards, sprint reports, JQL). • Working knowledge of Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud, Lightning)understanding of objects, workflows, integrations, and development cycles. • Working knowledge of Tableau dashboards, data sources, and visualization best practices. • Experience supporting cloud or modernization projects (AWS, Azure, GCP preferred). • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I/II) preferred. Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong handson expertise in JIRA, Salesforce, and Tableau to support agile delivery across cloud, data, and application modernization initiatives. This role will guide crossfunctional teams, ensure highquality delivery, and collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Agile Leadership • Lead Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. • Coach teams on Agile/Scrum best practices to improve velocity, quality, and predictability. • Work with Product Owners to maintain a well prioritized and groomed backlog. Project & Delivery Management • Track and manage sprint progress using JIRA, ensuring accurate story updates, reporting, and metrics visibility. • Identify risks, dependencies, and impediments; drive timely resolution. • Ensure alignment of delivery timelines with business expectations. Salesforce Collaboration • Work with Salesforce product teams, developers, and administrators to ensure smooth delivery of enhancements, integrations, and releases. • Facilitate requirement clarification sessions between business and Salesforce technical teams. • Support agile delivery for Salesforce-based applications, user stories, and implementation cycles. Tableau / Analytics Collaboration • Coordinate with Tableau developers, analysts, and data engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of dashboards and analytics solutions. • Validate reporting requirements, ensure user stories are clear, and facilitate UAT for Tableau deliverables. • Review work for alignment with business KPIs, data accuracy, and visualization standards. Cross Functional Coordination • Support technical teams working on cloud migration, modernization, or data transformation initiatives. • Bridge communication between engineering, QA, Sal esforce, analytics, and business functions. • Maintain documentation, sprint reports, and dashboards for leadership visibility. EDUCATION: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 a year #LI-DM1
