Talent Acquisition Specialist Join our HR team as Talent Acquisition Specialist and play a key role in growing our company! Position Overview The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for all aspects of talent acquisition, specializing in recruitment of roles including but not limited to Occupational Therapists (OT) and Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs), Physical Therapists (PT) and Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs), and Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP). This role requires strong sourcing skills, relationship-building expertise, and an understanding of the market conditions for these key roles. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruiting for healthcare and corporate roles, including job postings, applicant screening, structured interviews and offer negotiation. Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring criteria, and interview plans; advise on market and compensation trends. Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies using talent networks, direct sourcing, and recruitment marketing to build pipelines for critical roles. Deliver a best-in-class candidate and new-hire experience through timely communication, transparency, and onboarding coordination. Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, diversity metrics) and maintain accurate ATS data and candidate documentation. Plan, coordinate, and represent the company at on-site and off-site career events, campus recruiting activities, and hiring fairs. Partner with the credentialing team to ensure new hires have all necessary documentation. Ensure compliance with employment law, background screening processes, I-9 requirements, and internal hiring policies. Responsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary. Qualifications 3+ years' experience in full lifecycle talent acquisition for healthcare roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, and offer negotiation. Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred, however equivalent experience will be considered. Experience in candidate sourcing and pipelining using Boolean search, and talent pool management. Experience in applicant tracking systems and HRIS implementation including candidate workflows. Experience managing on-site and off-site career events, campus recruiting programs, and external vendor relationships. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including strong Excel skills. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Travel: Approximately 15% travel to career fairs, campus recruiting events, conferences or other office locations is expected.
