This role offers a Sign on Bonus, competitive pay ($70,000$88,000 BOE) and a generous benefits package. Use your clinical skills and emotional support skills to support patients and families. Create care plans that treat the whole personbody, mind, and spirit. Work closely with providers, referral sources, and our amazing interdisciplinary team (IDT). Be a steady, calming presence during a difficult timeand help others feel just a little more at peace. Educate families, empower caregivers, and be the go-to person when people have questions.
